Ketchikan Fishing Charter Information



          Our Ketchikan Alaska fishing charters are broken down to several different times.

     Generally your fishing charter will consist of one hour or less of traveling time except
    on the halibut and bottom fishing trips, and land will always be within sight. Fishing the frigid Ketchikan Alaska waters is not only a one of a kind fishing experience it is also a nature and wildlife experience you will never forget. Whales, porpoises, seals, sea lions, eagles, deer and even bear will be seen daily from the boat throughout the charter so do not forget your cameras as this is something that you will never see  anywhere else but in Alaska.

    What We Supply
    We provide all the fishing gear, drinks, snacks and some rain gear. Fishing license can easily be purchased on the boat for your convenience.

    What You Should Bring
    GOOD ATTITUDE, WILLINGNESS TO LEARN, camera, larger lunch (if desired), rain gear, identification (for fishing license).

    Fishing Techniques That Will Be Used
    Mostly controlled depth trolling, this allows us to cover the maximum amount of water during our trip. For Halibut and other bottom fish species we typically drift over structure when current permits and anchoring over structure using cut bait or jigging.

    Targeted Salmon: King (chinook), Pink, Coho (silver), ChumBottomfish: Halibut, Lingcod, Various Rockfish.
