| Bella Misty Fishing Charters is committed to providing the best all-around fishing charter experience in Ketchikan. We have been offering full service guided fishing trips since 2002. Our focus is on giving our fishing clients the most comfortable and enjoyable fishing experience available. It was that thought process that led us to our new boat West Cape. Because of it’s size, construction, layout, and amenities, I feel it is a boat perfectly suited to the waters of Southeast Alaska. Experience is not necessary and we love to help teach new anglers and first-timers alike, no matter their age. We offer snacks and drinks on our four hour charters and a light lunch on our all day trips at no additional charge. We fish for four of the five wild Pacific Salmon species according to their runs: King Salmon, Coho or Silver Salmon, Pink Salmon and Chum Salmon. We bottom fish for Halibut, Lingcod, Yelloweye Rockfish (locally called Red Snapper), and Pacific Cod, but these are only a few of the many species available in SE Alaska’s waters. Some days we also get into many of the 40 species of Rockfishes of Alaska.
